If your WIFI Printer was configured and working, and now shows offline when you want to print try these steps:
- Power off the printer.
- Reboot your computer.
- Power on the printer.
To Reboot your computer (Windows 11)
- Left click on the Start Menu Icon on Task Bar.
- Left click on the Power Icon on the bottom right of the Start Menu Window.
- Left click on Restart.
- Log back in once Windows comes back up and attempt to print.
Tip: On a Windows Computer make sure your WiFi network is marked Private not Public. This sometimes helps fix this issue too.
Open Settings, Select Network & internet – if Properties doesn’t show Private network click on it and change the setting
If the Printer Shows in Error
You may have a print job that is in error. Check your Print Queue for your printer, and cancel the print job that is in error or not printing.
