If you see this pop-up on a website claiming to be a Verification Step or Captcha Verification — DO NOT DO THIS!!
THIS IS A SCAM that will install malware and spyware onto your device.
- Windows Key + R opens the Run command prompt
- Ctrl+V pastes code into that command prompt
- Pressing Enter then executes the code
If you allow this to happen, immediately power off your computer (Shutdown) and take it to a computer tech to be cleaned up which may include a complete reinstall of the operating system, all applications and restoring your files.
